§ 39-957 — Answer to application for receivership
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 9 ADULT CARE HOMES
A party shall file an answer to the application within five days after the service of process of the application.
