K.S.A. 39-923 to 39-944, inclusive, and acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto, and K.S.A. 39-931a and 39-945 to 39-952, inclusive, and acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the adult care home licensure act.
