§ 39-944 — Injunctions and other process
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 9 ADULT CARE HOMES
Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the secretary for aging and disability services, as the licensing agency, in the manner provided by the Kansas judicial review act, may maintain an action in the name of the state of Kansas for injunction or other process against any person or agency to restrain or prevent the operation of an adult care home without a license under this act.
