Text
All licenses, issued under the provisions of chapter 39, article 9, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, for adult care homes or homes for the aged in force upon the taking effect of this act shall continue in force until the date of expiration unless sooner suspended or revoked as provided in this act: Provided, That all persons with such licenses in force upon the effective date of this act shall be permitted no less than four (4) months from their effective date to comply with the rules, regulations and standards promulgated under the authority of this act wherein those rules, regulations and standards differ in any substantial respect from those in force and effect immediately prior to the effective date hereof under the provisions of chapter 39, article 9 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated
