(a)The secretary for children and families shall remit all moneys received by or for the secretary from the enforcement of rights assigned to the secretary under subsection (b) of K.S.A. 39-709, and amendments thereto, to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury as follows:
(1)Amounts to be distributed pursuant to part D of title IV of the federal social security act, 42 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., to the state shall be credited to the title IV-D aid to families with dependent children fee fund, and all expenditures from such fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and r
