§ 39-752 — Same; appointment of supervisors
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 7 SOCIAL WELFARE
The secretary shall employ, subject to the approval of the finance council, supervisors to carry out such program. Such supervisors shall be within the classified service under the Kansas civil service act.
