Text

There is hereby created in the office of the state treasurer a fund to be known and designated as the social welfare fund. All moneys received by the secretary as grants, gifts, bequests or state aid for the purpose of state welfare work, shall be deposited by the secretary in the social welfare fund. All disbursements made from the social welfare fund shall be made by the filing of vouchers in the office of the director of accounts and reports, signed and approved by the secretary, and upon the filing of the same, the director of accounts and reports is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her warrants upon the state treasurer for same, all of such warrants to be delivered by the director of accounts and reports to the secretary.
