Text
Notwithstanding any of the provisions contained in subsection (d) of K.S.A. 39-708c, and amendments thereto, the secretary for children and families may lease office or business space for a period exceeding 10 years if the proposed lease has been presented to the joint committee on state building construction for advice and consultation.
