Text
If a person previously certified pursuant to K.S.A. 39-7,155, and amendments thereto, is decertified by the secretary for children and families, the secretary of revenue shall immediately terminate any proceedings under K.S.A. 39-7,155, and amendments thereto, and, if the person's driving privileges have been restricted, may issue a driver's license to the person if the person meets requirements to receive a license. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent or stay any proceeding by the secretary of revenue to suspend, revoke or restrict the person's driving privileges on any other grounds.
