§ 39-7,152 — Execution; arrearages
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 7 SOCIAL WELFARE
If arrearages have accrued under a support order entered by or registered with a court of this state, the secretary may issue execution pursuant to K.S.A. 60-2401 and amendments thereto.
