Text
Except to the extent precluded by another provision of law, a person may waive any right conferred upon that person with respect to any IV-D proceeding. Anyone seeking waiver shall advise the person of the right to seek independent legal advice. Such waiver may be revoked in writing within 20 days following the date of such waiver.
