Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 7 SOCIAL WELFARE
The secretary for children and families is hereby directed to establish a system for disseminating information and advice to and making referrals of persons seeking to enforce child support orders, whether or not the person or child is receiving public assistance.
