§ 39-418 — Same; hospital advisory council; appointment; duties; monthly publication of recipients' names and addresses

Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 4 HOSPITAL TREATMENT AND HOSPITALIZATION
The board of county commissioners within 90 days after the taking effect of this act shall appoint a hospital advisory council consisting of not more than five citizens residents of such county selected so as to provide a representative on said council from the hospital of the university of Kansas medical center and a representative from each of the other hospitals located in the county. Said council shall advise and consult with the board of county commissioners and make recommendations in the formation and establishment of rules and regulations as provided in K.S.A. 39-417.
