§ 39-350 — Same; maintenance of asylums
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 3 RELIEF AND CARE OF DEPENDENT PERSONS
The county asylum as provided for in K.S.A. 39-349 shall be maintained and conducted in accordance with the provisions of law now existing regarding county asylums.
