§ 39-2010 — Licenses issued prior to effective date of act; requirement to comply with act

Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 20 PROVIDERS OF DISABILITY SERVICES
All licenses issued under the provisions of chapter 33 of article 75* of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, for centers, facilities, hospitals and providers prior to the effective date of this act shall continue in force until the license's date of expiration unless sooner suspended or revoked as provided in this act. All persons holding such licenses which are in force on the effective date of this act shall be permitted not more than four months from the effective date of this act to comply with the rules and regulations and standards promulgated under the authority of this act wherein those rules and regulations and standards differ in any substantial respect from those in force and effect immediately prior to the effective date of this act under the provisions of ch
