Text

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to operate a center, facility, hospital or be a provider of services within this state, except upon obtaining a license for that purpose from the secretary as the licensing agency upon application made therefor as provided in this act, and complying with the requirements, standards, rules and regulations promulgated under its provisions.
