Text
All those powers, duties, functions of adult services, which were part of the adult services community and day living program, or similar programs prior to March 1, 1991, and which provide mental health services to persons, including persons residing in intermediate care facilities that provide mental health services, are powers, duties and functions of mental health and developmental disabilities.
