§ 39-1449 — Immunity of qualified persons for notifying associated individuals
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 14 REPORTING ABUSE, NEGLECT OR EXPLOITATION OF CERTAIN PERSONS
A qualified person who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, complies with the provisions of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 39-1448, and amendments thereto, shall be immune from any administrative and civil liability that might otherwise arise from such disclosure.
