Text
A qualified person who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, makes a disclosure of information pursuant to K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 39-1446, and amendments thereto, may notify any person reasonably associated with the eligible adult of the disclosure, unless the qualified person suspects that such person reasonably associated with the eligible adult has committed or attempted financial exploitation of such eligible adult.
