Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 14 REPORTING ABUSE, NEGLECT OR EXPLOITATION OF CERTAIN PERSONS
K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 39-1444 through 39-1452, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the protect vulnerable adults from financial exploitation act.
