Text
The authority of the secretary under this act includes, but is not limited to, the right to initiate or otherwise take those actions necessary to assure the health, safety and welfare of an involved adult, subject to any specific requirements for individual consent of the adult. The secretary may establish a toll-free telephone number for the reporting of instances of abuse, neglect or financial exploitation under this act.
