§ 39-1411 — Register of reports; findings forwarded to certain state regulatory authorities; consideration of findings; certain information confidential and not subject to open records act; disclosure of certain individuals prohibited

Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 14 REPORTING ABUSE, NEGLECT OR EXPLOITATION OF CERTAIN PERSONS
(a)The secretary for aging and disability services shall maintain a register of the reports received and investigated by the Kansas department for aging and disability services under K.S.A. 39-1402 and 39-1403, and amendments thereto, and the findings, evaluations and actions recommended by the Kansas department for aging and disability services with respect to such reports. The secretary of health and environment shall maintain a register of the reports received and investigated by the department of health and environment under K.S.A. 39-1402 and 39-1403, and amendments thereto, and the findings, evaluations and actions recommended by the department of health and environment with respect to such reports.
