§ 39-1201 — Purpose of act
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 12 REHABILITATION PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER DISABILITIES
The purpose of this act will be to aid in development, maintenance, improvement or expansion of rehabilitation facilities and half-way houses serving adults with intellectual and other disabilities in this state.
