§ 38-2355 — Degree of proof

Kansas·Ch. 38 MINORS·Art. 23 REVISED KANSAS JUVENILE JUSTICE CODE
In all proceedings on complaints pursuant to the code the state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the juvenile committed the act or acts charged in the complaint or a lesser included offense as defined in subsection (b) of section K.S.A. 21-5109, and amendments thereto.
