Text
Such cities are hereby granted the same rights, privileges and immunities, and are charged with the same obligations, responsibilities and duties toward lands acquired under the provisions of this act located outside the limits of such cities as now exercised for any property located within the limits of any such city. In acquiring lands under the provisions of this act, such cities or either of them shall have the right of eminent domain and the same shall be exercised in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 26-501 to 26-516, inclusive.
