§ 3-301 — Johnson county

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 3 COUNTY AIRPORTS
This act shall apply only to such counties in the state as shall border on or be contiguous to two cities, each of which shall have a population of more than 115,000 and located either within or without the state of Kansas.
