§ 22-2104 — Prosecutions in the name of state

Kansas·Ch. 22 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE·Art. 21 TITLE AND SCOPE
All prosecutions for violations of the criminal laws of this state shall be in the name of the state of Kansas.
