Text
Whenever the judges of the district court deem it necessary for the efficient and effective administration of justice, and with approval of the supreme court, such judges may establish specialized divisions of such district court. Such divisions may be established for, but not limited to, the following purposes: Probate matters, traffic cases, juvenile matters, domestic cases or any combination thereof. The chief judge, with the approval of the other judges of the district court, shall provide for the assignment and reassignment of judges to any specialized division established as provided in this section, and the chief judge shall provide for the assignment of cases to any such division.
