§ 20-2601c — Preservation of entitlement to receive retirement annuity or other benefit or return of contributions from Kansas retirement fund for judges
(a)On and after July 1, 1975, any person receiving or entitled to receive a retirement annuity or any other benefit from the Kansas retirement fund for judges as it existed on June 30, 1975, shall be entitled to receive from Kansas public employees retirement system such retirement annuity or other benefit under the same conditions as existed under the acts contained in article 26 of chapter 20 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated prior to July 1, 1975.
(b)On and after July 1, 1975, any person who would have become entitled to receive a retirement annuity or any other benefit from the Kansas retirement fund for judges as it existed on June 30, 1975, shall be entitled to receive from the Kansas public employees retirement system such retirement annuity or other benefit as provided in the acts
