Text

All members of the council except judicial members shall receive compensation and travel expenses and subsistence expenses or allowances as provided in K.S.A. 75-3212, and amendments thereto. Reimbursement for travel expenses and subsistence expenses or allowances of judicial members shall be paid as provided in K.S.A. 75-3212, and amendments thereto. All bills and accounts of the council shall be approved by the chairperson and shall be audited and paid as other claims against the state, authorized by law. Regularly appointed members of advisory committees of the council who are not members of the council shall be paid compensation and travel expenses and subsistence expenses or allowances as provided in K.S.A. 75-3212, and amendments thereto.
