§ 20-156 — Same; operation and management; classification and cataloguing of materials; procurement of legal publications of other jurisdictions; exchange, sale or loan of library materials; duplicate law book fund

Kansas·Ch. 20 COURTS·Art. 1 SUPREME COURT
The state law librarian shall be responsible for the operation and management of the supreme court law library and shall have custody of all books, pamphlets and documents belonging thereto. He shall cause each book, pamphlet or document received by such library to be stamped with the words "Kansas supreme court law library" and to be classified and catalogued in accordance with approved library methods. The state law librarian shall provide for the procurement of the acts, journals and other publications of a legal nature of the congress and the legislatures of the several states and territories, together with the judicial decisions of the courts of the United States and of the several states and territories.
