Text

The state fair board in the name of the state of Kansas, and each community fair association, and each county fair association, organized and operating under the laws of the state of Kansas shall have the right of eminent domain as provided in K.S.A. 26-501 to 26-516, inclusive, and amendments thereto, for the acquisition of lands or additional lands for fairgrounds or fair purposes.
