§ 19-4901 — Definition
Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 49 REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT IN FEDERAL ENCLAVE; JOHNSON AND LABETTE COUNTIES
As used in K.S.A. 19-4901 to 19-4907, inclusive, and amendments thereto, "board" or "board of county commissioners" means the board of county commissioners of Johnson county or the board of county commissioners of Labette county.
