Text
If the board of county commissioners, and the owners of any property desired for the purposes of a home for the aged, cannot agree as to the price to be paid therefor, or if the owner or owners of the property refuse to sell the property, the board is authorized to exercise the right of eminent domain in the manner provided by K.S.A. 26-501 to 26-516, inclusive, and any amendments thereto.
