§ 17-7939 — Severability clause

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 79 BUSINESS ENTITY STANDARD TREATMENT ACT
If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. To this end, the provisions of this act are severable. This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2015.
