Text
If a person required by this act to execute any document fails or refuses to do so, any other person who is adversely affected by the failure or refusal may petition the district court to direct the execution of the document. If the court finds that it is proper for the document to be executed and that the person required to execute the document has failed or refused to do so, the court shall order the secretary of state to record an appropriate document.
This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2015.
