§ 17-7909 — Execution of filing constitutes an oath
(a)The execution of any document required to be filed by chapter 17 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, and by this act with the secretary of state shall constitute an oath or affirmation, under the penalties of perjury, that the facts stated in the document are true and that any power of attorney used in connection with the execution is in proper form and substance.
(b)This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2015.
