Kansas Statutes
§ 17-7907 — Rules and regulations
The secretary of state is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. No rule and regulation adopted pursuant to this section shall take effect prior to January 1, 2015.
