Text
In the event that any provision of article 78 of chapter 17 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, is deemed to modify, limit or supersede the federal electronic signatures in global and national commerce act 15, U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., the provisions of this article shall control to the fullest extent permitted by 15 U.S.C. § 7002(a)(2).
