§ 17-76,148 — Applicable law; how formed

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 76 LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES
K.S.A. 17-76,148 through 17-76,155, and amendments thereto, apply to all statutory public benefit limited liability companies, as defined in K.S.A. 17-76,149, and amendments thereto. If a limited liability company elects to become a statutory public benefit limited liability company under K.S.A. 17-76,148 through 17-76,155, and amendments thereto, in the manner prescribed in K.S.A. 17-76,148 through 17-76,155, and amendments thereto, it shall be subject in all respects to the provisions of the Kansas revised limited liability company act, except to the extent K.S.A. 17-76,148 through 17-76,155, and amendments thereto, impose additional or different requirements, such requirements shall apply and notwithstanding K.S.A. 17-76,134, and amendments thereto, or any other provision of the Kansas
