Text

(a)A series whose certificate of designation has been canceled pursuant to K.S.A. 17-76,139, and amendments thereto, may be reinstated by filing in the office of the secretary of state a certificate of reinstatement accompanied by the payment of the fee required by K.S.A. 17-76,136(d), and amendments thereto, and payment of the business entity information report fee due under K.S.A. 17-76,139, and amendments thereto, for all past due reports for the immediately preceding 10 years, and payment to the secretary of state an amount equal to all fees and any penalties due. The certificate of reinstatement shall set forth:
(1)The name of the limited liability company at the time the certificate of designation was canceled and, if such name has changed, the name of the limited liability company
