Text

The district court, before making distribution of the assets of a corporation among the creditors or stockholders thereof, shall allow and pay out of the assets:

(a)A reasonable compensation to the trustee or receiver for the trustee's or receiver's services;
(b)the cost and expenses incurred in and about the execution of such trustee's or receiver's trust, including reasonable attorney fees; and (c) the costs of the proceedings in the court.
