(a)Trustees or receivers appointed by the district court of and for any corporation, and their respective survivors and successors, upon their appointment and qualification or upon the death, resignation or discharge of any co-trustee or co-receiver, shall be vested by operation of law and without any act or deed with the title of the corporation to all of its property, real, personal or mixed of whatsoever nature, kind, class or description, and wheresoever situate, except real estate situated outside this state.
