Text
(a)A domestic corporation may merge or consolidate with or into any other entity in accordance with the business entity transactions act, K.S.A. 17-78-101 et seq., and amendments thereto.
(b)This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas general corporation code, K.S.A. 17-6001 et seq., and amendments thereto.
