§ 17-6402 — Lawful consideration for issuance of stock; fully paid stock

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 64 STOCK AND DIVIDENDS
The consideration, as determined pursuant to K.S.A. 17-6403(a) and (b), and amendments thereto, for subscriptions to, or the purchase of, the capital stock to be issued by a corporation shall be paid in such form and in such manner as the board of directors shall determine. The board of directors may authorize capital stock to be issued for consideration consisting of cash, any tangible or intangible property or any benefit to the corporation or any combination thereof. The resolution authorizing the issuance of capital stock may provide that any stock to be issued pursuant to such resolution may be issued in one or more transactions in such numbers and at such times as are set forth in or determined by or in the manner set forth in the resolution, which may include a determination or acti
