§ 17-6002 — Articles of incorporation; contents

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 60 FORMATION OF CORPORATIONS
(a)The articles of incorporation shall set forth:
(1)The name of the corporation pursuant to K.S.A. 17-7918 and 17-7919, and amendments thereto, of the business entity standard treatment act;
(2)the postal address of the corporation's registered office in this state stated in accordance with K.S.A. 17-7924, and amendments thereto, and the name of its resident agent at such address;
(3)the nature of the business or purposes to be conducted or promoted. It shall be sufficient to state, either alone or with other businesses or purposes, that the purpose of the corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the Kansas general corporation code, and by such statement all lawful acts and activities shall be within the purposes of the corpo
