Text
(a)Cooperatives doing business in this state pursuant to the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act shall be subject to the jurisdiction and control of the state corporation commission of this state in those provisions of chapter 66 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated applicable to electric utilities.
(b)No merger or consolidation of any cooperative organized under the provisions of the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act shall become effective until approved by the state corporation commission.
