Text
A cooperative, upon authorization of its board of directors or its members, may change the location of its principal office to any place within the state of Kansas by filing, in the office of the secretary of state, a certificate which recites such change of principal office and which is executed by the cooperative's president or vice-president and attested by the cooperative's secretary.
