§ 17-4616 — Change of location of principal office

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 46 ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, NONPROFIT, MEMBERSHIP CORPORATIONS
A cooperative, upon authorization of its board of trustees or its members, may change the location of its principal office any place within the state of Kansas by filing a certificate reciting such change of principal office, executed by its president or vice-president and attested by its secretary, in the office of the secretary of state.
