Text
Any entity organized prior to July 1, 1981, for the purpose of rendering (1) landscape architect services or (2) landscape architect services and architect, engineer or land surveyor services shall be deemed to be a validly incorporated professional corporation if the entity and the organization of the entity meets all requirements of the professional corporation law of Kansas as amended on July 1, 1981.
